DXDW 08, day three

I did really mean to go for day three of hanging out downtown but . . . you know . . . I remember that I don’t really hang out downtown unless there’s an open bar for a reason.
1) There’s never any parking (Convenience - 25)
2) Stranger danger +10
3) I can’t afford anything (Wallet -100)
4) The rest of Austin is 10,000x cooler (that’s Coolness -10,000)
I’m not a math major but I think that puts Downtown Austin in the RED. Big time.
So while I did put on eye makeup thinking I would go out . . .
(no easy feat . . . I am not skilled in the ways of makeup, especially Advanced Eyeliner Application) my night consisted of practicing “Let’s Get it Started” on bass, “Don’t Explain” on piano, creating a delicious tofu-veggie-rice-soy sauce medley and watching Taxi Driver.
Please explain to me why I find Harvey Keitel so incredibly attractive. I really . . . I’m at a loss here. I don’t know what it is. Maybe it’s that long red pinkie coke nail or maybe it’s those split ends . . . I don’t know. I DON’T KNOW. I can’t figure it out.
that eyeliner on you is incredible. my liquid eyeliner never comes out that straight. you must have a very steady hand!
